Sea Line Resort is a contemporary aparthotel and resort designed by 1RS near Kołobrzeg on the Baltic Sea. The hotel architecture is organized around a central courtyard with a swimming pool, spa and wellness facilities, creating bright, naturally lit apartments with private views. Inspired by maritime architecture, the project combines bleached timber, white façades and natural materials to create a timeless coastal destination.
Designed by 1RS, this contemporary mountain resort in Szklarska Poręba is composed of a series of carefully positioned buildings that preserve panoramic views and privacy. Natural timber, slate façades and references to local craftsmanship create architecture that blends seamlessly with the mountain landscape.
